North Chelmsford, Mass., February 20, 2001 - Net-Temps announced today it has implemented new features on the Recruiters Desktop and enhanced existing tools, while maintaining its current pricing. Improvements include:

Each recruiter customer will now have up to 10 resume search agents, doubling the previous amount. The resume agents search the Net-Temps resume database and recruiters are then automatically emailed when a suitable candidate matches their requirements.

The new Job Manager automatically alerts recruiters when their jobs are over 60 days from the original post date. A link is also provided to instantly refresh jobs and revise the date posted to the current day. By taking advantage of the Job Manger and updating and editing jobs, it positions the jobs higher up in search returns by job seekers and boosts response rates. An enhanced Daily Hotlist will automatically create a default Hotlist for recruiters according to the state they are located in. Recruiters can then go in and refine the Hotlist to suit their particular candidate requirements. Each day recruiters will receive a list of candidates that have posted their resume within the last 24 hours and meet the recruiters' criteria.
