ExpressTest by eSkill Available to Net-Temps Recruiter Members for Testing of Skills Proficiency Against Job Requirements
 
North Chelmsford, Mass., August 04, 2003 - Net-Temps, the leading online job board for the Staffing industry, announced today that ExpressTest by eSkill now offers several additional features as well as new and updated subjects. ExpressTest allows recruiters to create multi-subject skills assessment tests to measure the technical proficiency of candidates applying to their job postings.

New Features Include:

  • Ability to create free-response/interview questions on any subject. Applicants’ responses are displayed next to their test scores. Allows recruiters to easily assess a candidate’s knowledge levels and language skills in any subject
  • Recruiters can edit a test by hand-selecting questions from the eSkill database or deleting questions from an existing test
  • A BCC feature that allows recruiters to send a test to a whole list of candidates without their email address being visible to each other
  • An explanation of a test score accompanies each candidate’s results so that recruiters may interpret and compare scores more quickly and easily
