Leading search firm is conducting a nationwide search for a talented, experienced, business minded vocational training manager.
This position IS a position where a person experienced in the area of working with developing vocational career training along with government proposal writing, analysis and financial management skills will excel.
This is NOT a teaching position it is a management position and requires management and proposal writing experience. This is NOT an executive level position it is a roll up the sleeves write and review proposals and manage processes in the trenches position.

Requirements:
Along with resume submit your recent compensation*
*BA or BS degree preferably business or related discipline
*4+ years vocational training industry experience in public and/or government and/or non profit sector(s)
*Progressive operational experience as manager
*Experienced in reviewing, analyzing and responding to government proposals
*Experienced in financial and budget analysis
*Experience in managing and supervising others as well as working in a team
*Must be able to drive a car and have a clean driving record
*Must be able to make written and verbal presentations to management and multiple levels of personnel
*Must speak, read, write English
*Must be able to travel on occasion (likely less than 10% subject to change)
*Must be authorized to work in the US
*Must produce references and pass background check
Local candidates preferred however relocation is a possibility
