Job Description:
? Greeter Position, Meaning minimal sales.
? First contact for meeting and greeting customers as they enter the store, directing them to appropriate sales representatives
? Helping with service related functions within the Store including billing related inquiries and issues, processing bill payments, processing credits, entering orders and activating service.
? Able to welcome customers with a professional and courteous manner.
? Assisting with stock replenishment and general store projects as needed.
? Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism
? Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer satisfaction and encourages customers to remain with the store.
? Retail experience is required, must be flexible with retail hours and ability to stand all day long.
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Ability to multi-task in fast paced team environment Computer proficiency
