Program and Project Management
Alltech provides a variety of services to clients to help them improve their Program Management and Project Management processes.

In the Program Management area, Alltech staff have assisted clients with Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Architecture Management, Quality Assurance, and Communications.

In Project Management, Alltech staff have provided Policy and SOP Development, Tool & Process Implementation, Mentoring & Training, Project Schedule preparation, Project Schedule status monitoring & reporting, Earned Value Management, and Integrated Baseline Reviews

Alltech senior consultant staff members have helped clients complete projects on time and within budget. They apply proven tools and techniques to all aspects of project management. They are expert at using project management scheduling and tracking systems, such as Microsoft Project. They mentor technical staff members to ensure client organizations retain imparted project management capabilities. In the program management area, Alltech has assisted clients in developing business cases, cost benefit analyses, program plans, alternative analyses, and risk analyses according to a wide variety of state and commercial regulations, as well as, federal IT management statutes and OMB circulars. Alltech has been involved with several efforts to design and implement Capability Maturity Model (CMM) processes.

Systems Development
Members of Alltech staff have supported clients in all phases of the system development life cycle. Our areas of expertise include desktop, client/server, web-enabled, mid-range, and mainframe environments using a wide range of operating systems, programming languages, development methodologies, development tools, and COTS applications. Our subject area experience includes transportation, telecommunications, energy, retail, health, financial, accounting, human resources, procurement, asset management, legal, manufacturing, distribution, and law enforcement.

Network Engineering
Alltech staff members have provided a wide range of network engineering support including infrastructure design and development, network operations, and end user support. Alltech staff members have expertise with routers, switches, encryption devices, and firewalls. They have experience with many server types, operating systems, and network applications.
