Talent Center Users
The Talent Center is used by both recruiters/staffing agencies and employers.
Recruiters have candidates they need to place and employers have job openings
they need to fill. It's the perfect match-up.
Recruiters
The recruiter's job is to place candidates and the Talent Center facilitates
this process. When recruiters post their candidates' resumes, their information
is added/updated to the Talent Center and available for viewing. Candidates are
presented not only to other staffing companies, but to thousands of hiring
managers around the country that recruiters might not otherwise have access to. This
is a tremendous revenue-generating opportunity. Candidates get placed and new
employer clients are generated.
Recruiters are able to maintain control throughout the hiring process because
all inquiries regarding candidates go directly to them. Employers that contact
the recruiter now become a potential new contact/client. In addition, recruiters
have access to other candidates on the Talent Center. This presents the
opportunity to fill a job opening on a client's behalf.
Employers
The Talent Center is a targeted source to finding pre-screened, qualified
candidates from staffing professionals - an important distinction from talent
auctions where employers take their chances on the person hired. The experts in
the field - the staffing agencies, represent candidates posted on the Talent
Center. They know their clients, and their skills. It's their business.
The Talent Center puts the power of the Internet to work. Employers now have
access to a pool of talent exponentially larger than traditional recruiting
methods such as classified ads or word of mouth. Plus, rather than working with
just one staffing agency, employers now have literally hundreds of staffing pros
at their disposal. Employers face daily changes in their staffing needs and the
ability to hire qualified workers quickly is essential. The Talent Center
facilitates just that. Finding the right candidates couldn't be easier, faster,
or less expensive. It's free.
