POSITION DETAILS
Salary Range: $38k to 50K

Responsible for maintaining compliance of state and federal licenses and establishment registrations for distribution of pharmaceutical products including: state wholesaler distributor requirements (pertaining to Tampa, Greenville and Lynchburg sites), state of Florida manufacturer site license (Tampa), site DEA license, surety bonds, and FDA establishment registrations.

The position is responsible for interpreting, analyzing impact of, keeping track of requirements, and taking the lead role in maintaining all activities necessary to support licenses and establishment registrations including: preparation and submission of applications, acting as primary liaison for state and federal government interactions, working closely with internal and external customers to finalize the submissions.
Provide input and comment to regulations and standards which may affect our client?s device products.

Requirements:
Candidate Must Have:
Minimum of BA or BS degree
At least 2-4 years of regulatory, legal or QA experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or 2-3 years wholesaler/distributor license experience
Knowledge of and familiarity with State and/or FDA regulations and guidelines
Strong interpersonal, communication (written, oral and presentation) and organizational skills, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of basic programs used for document review and writing e.g. Microsoft Word, Acrobat PDF, Excel, Access
Excellent communication skills. Able to work in a team environment.
Ability to impact and influence cross-functional groups and/or teams and work effectively with senior management and with confidential and sensitive information ? Self-starter and detail oriented.
