Operations Manager responsibility for Employee Plans Business, Direct Investment Plans, and 144A Plans. Ensure processing readiness to consistently provide high service quality output in accordance with internal procedures and applicable Service Level Agreements. Effectively support event processing by coordinating staffing, system and processing requirements to meet deadlines and client expectations. Monitor key risk indicators to minimize operational risk and maintain compliance with regulatory and corporate compliance guidelines, and ensure successful internal and external audits. Identify staff development/training needs and coordinate remediation plan. Maintain processing data for management reporting. Support all corporate management initiatives.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years in Securities Processing Industry with minimum 5+ years management.
Consistent demonstration of Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.
Champion of F.O.S.L. (Full Ownership, Shared Leadership) and other operational excellence initiatives
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Equity operations experience.
Knowledgeable of equities compliance issues.
