We are headquartered in Holmdel, NJ and are one of the fastest growing niche retiree job boards on the internet.
We are rapidly growing and are looking for sales reps who want to work with a fun, exciting company offering unlimited opportunities.
You & Your Job
The goal of the Sales Representative is to sell job postings and advertising on RetireeWorkforce.com.
Business to Business Sales experience is required.
Previous classified and/or online recruiting sales experience a plus.
We will provide all the training and materials needed to perform at a high level.
May travel to business and HR expositions

Ability to work independently
Outgoing, positive personality, ability to ?think quick?
Make a significant number phone calls per day
Engage clients on the phone and close the sale/schedule telecon appointment
Mange accounts for follow up
Learn Salesforce.com, training will be provided (www.salesforce.com)
Hours: Full-Time, flexible - This is a telecommuting position.
Benefits: $18-$20k base plus lucrative and residual commission structure with bonus overrides.
