Job Description: § The Basis Analyst is responsible for the installation, technical administration, tuning, and monitoring of the SAP (NetWeaver Business Intelligence) NW-BI software and database.
§ They will also be responsible for working with the project team on Transport Management System and supporting all development activities.
§ All basis analysts will cross train on all the SAP platforms and closely associated applications (bolt-on applications).
§ Responsible for the definition, planning and execution of all infrastructure activities required to support the SAP landscape.
§ Heavy interfacing with other IT Infrastructure teams such as server and database support.
§ Indirect team leadership of internal and external resources.

Requirements: § SAP NW-BI Installation Planning
§ SAP NW-BI Software Installation, Support Packs, and Upgrades
§ SAP NW-BI extractions and loads from other systems
§ Knowledgeable on SAP NW-BI ODS and cubes
§ Performance Monitoring
§ Establish and maintaining Storage Management and Backup / Recovery
§ Disaster Recovery Plan support
§ Problem resolution during development, rollout and production support
§ Utilizing Change Management to make changes
§ Basis Analysts will provide services directly to the project team for: o Corrections and Transport Support
§ Moving objects between client within a SAP NW-BI system
§ Moving objects between SAP NW-BI systems.
§ SAP NW-BI Technology liaison to other ERP teams, Enterprise Data Warehouse efforts, and BPT efforts overall.
§ Demonstrate proficiency in the SAP NW-BI system and required bolt-on solutions.
