Job Description:
2. Mandatory Skills for Class II (Theoretical Team strength: One (1)
The proposed staff member must individually meet the following requirements:
· Minimum four (4) years experience working with UNISYS mainframe (2200) series and the PC/LAN environment
· Minimum four (4) years experience working with MAPPER 4GL software, Microsoft Access, Windows NT
· Minimum four (4) years experience working with Requirements analysis, systems design, test plans, system documentation
· Minimum four (4) years experience working with City government systems
· Analysis skills and understanding customer needs
· Minimum four (4) years experience working with Web based systems using `Cool Ice` product
Deliverables for CLASS II
1. NYCWAY specification
· Meet with system stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather system requirements.
· Document requested business rules and their corresponding technical functionality.
2. NYCWAY development
· Develop NYCWAY functionality as specified and within established target date.
3. NYCWAY testing
· Test new NYCWAY functionality to ensure adherence to the requested business rules and compatibility with existing functionality
· Resolve failed tests, retest as necessary
· Document testing results
4. NYCWAY implementation
· Create implementation plan with system stakeholders
· Provide training and procedural information as requested
· Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during implementation
5. NYCWAY report
· Create and deliver reports as requested by system stakeholders and MIS management
6. NYCWAY maintenance
· Maintain tables and special logic functionality to ensure continued system processing.
· Provide system user support as requested.
· Resolve any errors detected in system maintenance reviews and user support requests
