Business/Data Analyst
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: 2+ months consulting

1. Analyze data from time reporting system to categorize historical data, identify trends & develop estimation metrics.
2. Evaluate existing project tracking systems & identify appropriate methods to produce a unified project tracking mechanism.
3. Develop portfolio evaluation criteria for use in prioritizing work.
4. Develop & implement a portfolio management methodology
5. Develop & implement a resource modeling/management methodology

Education:
Bachelors Degree Preferred

4 Years
