Job Description:
This contractor will be creating an Excel intensive process flow while pulling numbers out of a sales database. This data will then be entered into an appraisal system. Accuracy and attention to detail is a requirement in addition to extensive knowledge of the Vlookup function, merging data, creating tables, and graphics in Excel.

* Create execution plan supporting the YE performance appraisal cycle and collaborate with HR and Sales Operations staff to ensure published timeline milestones are achieved.
* Collaborate with HR to develop the 2010 PA forms to incorporate 2009 Q4, 2010 H1 and 2010 Q3 sales period for each franchise.
* Collaborate with HR and Sales Operations to develop calculation tool to reflect appropriate weighting of sales performances by franchise and blend into final YE performance rating based upon HR direction.
* Enter preliminary YE PA sales information into tools and provide final ratings to HR/sales management.
* Recalculate final YE PA sales information into tools to determine final rating discrepancies and provide list of changes required to HR for review and adjustment.

Requirements:
MS Excel (proficient level) is a key requirement. Endo-Surgery Sales experience or knowledge of sales system is preferred.
