Job Description:
Will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Personal Lines Accounts and maintaining relationships with insurance carriers. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: monitoring new business, renewals, endorsements, binders and cancellations to ensure policies are processed in a timely manner; preparing documentation for the afore mentioned and for billing and registration; maintaining accurate and complete records; tracking and following up on important dates including renewals, changes, audits and expirations; developing and maintaining excellent relationships with insurance carriers and clients; other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
two or more years of demonstrated personal lines experience including experience interpreting insurance regulations, changes, coverage and procedures;
strong communication and follow through skills;
attention to detail;
ability to work independently and as the member of a highly motivated team.

Preferred qualifications include:

Bachelor?s degree; successful completion of relevant insurance courses and workshops;
completion of Property and Casualty license;
experience using information systems such as the AFW system
