Job Description: This position is located in Maine and is accountable for the company?s accurate execution of payer and vendor specific requirements for provider/practice data configuration in the company?s billing application. Will lead a team of managers as well as a department with operations both US based and Overseas. The person stepping into this role has the opportunity to positively impact the enrollment service offering through innovation and timely and accurate content delivery. Support the design, implementation and management of workflows to facilitate transactions research and enrollment, with the ultimate goal of increasing scalability, efficiency and quality. Manage department budget to ensure timely project delivery in adherence with corporate budget and capacity model. Define policies, procedures, training and documentation requirements to build a motivated team and to support effective, well-communicated and timely client implementations and post-implementation servicing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and manage processes to improve interdepartmental communication, project staffing and relationship management. Define and develop creative and efficient methods of achieving strategic objectives and business and scorecard goals. Define, develop, implement, and suggest new business ideas and changes to facilitate achievement of departmental objectives. Mentor, coach and supervise management staff in developing and executing practical solutions; including fostering an environment where team members are encouraged to offer innovative methods and solutions to projects

Requirements: * Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required, masters degree preferred * 5+ years of significant project management experience that includes managing significant cross functional interdependencies * Demonstrated ability to create processes for managing own and others' work * Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various projects * Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to significant matters * Ability to influence peers on other teams and build strong relationships across organizations * Ability to conceptualize how information is stored, used, leveraged and managed * Superior problem solving skills and the ability to drive root causes * Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing and relationship development * Strong organizational/management skills and attention to detail * Experience managing direct staff highly desirable * Understanding of the Balanced Scorecard and each department's responsibilities under it * Willing/excited to work in a fast-paced, but sometimes intense, rapidly expanding company * Strong computer literacy and/or the comfort, ability and desire to advance technically * Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion * Ability to influence and manage large scale process change within the department and with cross-functional teams * Aptitude for reengineering processes, tools and role(s) to improve scalability, efficiency and quality
