Job Description:
Work closely with the company clients and consultants. Manage client engagements including relationship expansion and assuring timely, clearly communicated client deliverables. Prepare captive feasibility studies and captive filings. Maintain deep regulatory knowledge including ERISA, captive regulation and healthcare reform. Develop and maintain carrier and reinsurance relationships.
Product development initiatives in the areas of funding arrangements, healthcare reform and employee benefits plan design. Preparation of client proposals and engagement letters. Peer review the work of other team members.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of employee benefits health, life and disability analytic consulting and client management experience. Key characteristics include:
Superior ability to interpret findings, analyze regulations and effectively communicate (in both oral and written forms) across multiple levels and audiences
Experience with converting results and findings into effective client deliverables
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and excellent Excel modeling and data management skills
High degree of customer focus and responsiveness
Ability to deliver high quality work on deadline
Proven project management skills and use of various tools and communication methods
Flexibility and energy to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
