Identify and pursue opportunities for profitable growth and apply deep and broad expertise by line of business to achieve a balanced, profitable and quality book while protecting Company assets Develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external clients; collaborate with Distribution partners to create and execute plan to manage the agent/broker relationship Formally and informally guides, mentors, teaches, and coaches less experienced underwriters in both technical and professional skills. Bachelor?s degree required. Travel 25% of the time.
