Job Description:

Requirements:
Must have:
?BSEE
?Exp. with one or more EMS and/or DMS systems, such as Areva, Siemens, ABB, OSI, etc.
?Exp. with SCADA/EMS protocols and interfaces such as DNP3 and ICCP.
?Exp. with EMS and/or DMS applications: State Estimator, Contingency analysis, Power Flow, Automatic Generation Control (AGC), Operator Training Simulator, Voltage stability/control, Power Factor Control, CIM, etc.
?Must have experience in leading a design team, interfacing with clients, and coordinating design work.
