Job Description:
Will develop, plan, testing, and implement systems to abstract clinical data and perform analysis in order to provide meaningful information to support quality and safety improvement. Is able to recommend and implement information systems to collect data that will be used for the different reporting needs of the organization. Will manipulate all types of information and uses sophisticated data analysis methods to create reports.
-Understands the range of options and best practices for common ETL design techniques such as change data capture, key generation and optimization, and performance tuning.
-Significant experience with data quality, data profiling, metadata management and reporting.
Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
-Strong proficiency in SQL programming, query writing, query performance tuning, and database technologies.
-Demonstrated experience in strategic guidance and project creation for data warehousing and business process automation
-Will develop ETL scenarios for various data formats.
-Will help support the SQL Server DBA requirements

Requirements:
-BS degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Management or project management. Masters Degree Preferred. Work experience may be substituted where appropriate
-Requires a thorough knowledge of data warehouse and data management principles and processes and database development
-5-7 years experience with ETL tools and ETL programming. 3+ years experience designing ETL solutions for data migration or data integration.
-1-2 years of SQL Server experience. 4+ years of SQL development, 2+ years SSIS or DTS experience, 1+ years SSRS, C#.NET Required.
-Must be a fast learner with a can-do attitude and have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills, and work effectively with staff at all levels.
