Job Description:
Clinical Analyst to support the implementation of clinical software COTS applications. Will interact directly with Doctors and nurses and other caregivers to gather requirements and will then coordinate with the technical systems builders and configurators to make sure the system is developed according to these requirements. Will participate in the testing of the systems and develop the roll out plan for "GO LIVE". Will support post implementation requirements.

Ongoing requirements will include systems evaluation, selection, implementation, ongoing maintenance production support and documentation of various departmental and enterprise wide clinical systems.

Requires clinical background with understanding of structured programming, databases, file structures, and hardware configurations. Analytical ability to solve both business and technical problems;

Requires strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills ability to manage multiple project assignments, interact effectively with customers and lead others on the development team.

Experience Level:
3 Years

Requirements:
Requirements:
-Two years of clinical experience and 1+ years of IT experience OR 3 years of IT and will train in the clinical application

Preferred:
-Experience as a clinician (LPN, RN, Pharmacist, etc.)
