Job Description:
Clinical Analyst to support the implementation of clinical software COTS applications.
-Will interact directly with Doctors and nurses and other caregivers to gather requirements and will then apply those requirements to the system configuration or order set building.
-Will develop and execute test plans to make sure the system is developed according to these requirements.
-Will participate in the roll out plan for "GO LIVE".
-Will support post implementation requirements.
Ongoing requirements will include systems evaluation, selection, implementation, ongoing maintenance production support and documentation of various departmental and enterprise wide clinical systems.
Requires clinical applications background with understanding of structured programming, databases, file structures, and hardware configurations. Analytical ability to solve both business and technical problems;
Requires strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills ability to manage multiple project assignments, interact effectively with customers and lead others on the development team.

-Three years of clinical applications experience
-must have configured or built clinical systems
Preferred:
-Experience as a clinician (LPN, RN, Pharmacist, etc.)
-Experience with medical manager, anesthesia, documentation or Pharmacy systems
