Reference Number: NBCLNTRNR Job Description: Trainer/Implementation Analyst for the Northeast US. Will develop training systems in support of the company's healthcare needs. Will work directly with end users to identify, develop, support, and implementation material to optimize patient care. MUST have worked in the clinical area (RN, LPN, resp therapist, etc) Other requirements include: -working knowledge of government regulations for system compliance -facilitate the requirements gathering and workflow analysis. -participate in pilot testing, quality assurance testing, and software rollout of new releases as needed. -provide analytical support for new software selection, training, configuration, and analytical production issues. -will function as the liaison between the vendor, customers and internal/external development areas. The key will be to provide training including training material, quick reference guides, movies, and application how to classes. Experience Level: 3 Years Requirements: Requirements: -Previous experience supporting healthcare clinical and patient care systems. -College diploma or university degree in the field of health care clinical practice, computer science, or management information systems. -Solid skills developing functional requirements. -Able to work to set deadlines. 75% travel and able to work from home the other times

Location: Kennett Square PA Duration: Direct Placement Pay Rate: to 90k
