Reference Number: NBINS Job Description: Corporate Compliance Analyst for P&C lines will assist in the design, implementation and support of all compliance programs, both at the corporate and business unit level for the company and its subsidiaries and will interact with the company's various compliance officers. Need someone with an insurance compliance background. Experience and knowledge in HIPAA. Need someone familiar with insurance compliance requirements to help to ensure that the company is in compliance with the various state laws. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: -Assist in drafting compliance policies and procedures. -Research and review statutes and regulations affecting insurance product lines. -Communicate with state insurance departments and other regulatory agencies. -Establish relationships with assigned business units to ensure compliance deliverables are met. -Maintain a database of compliance filings including the due dates and status of the filings. -Proactively work on compliance projects ensuring that milestones are tracked and goals and deliverables are met. Salary to upper $70ks, Great benefits! Experience Level: 3 Years Requirements: Required: -BS/BA degree in Business or related field. -At least 2-3 years of insurance industry experience with a strong regulatory compliance background. -Strong project management experience and excellent communication skills are essential. Preferred: -Knowledge in commercial, life and health insurance and property and casualty insurance compliance. -Former interaction with state insurance departments, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. -Experience in working with compliance programs.

Location: Washington DC Duration: Direct Placement Pay Rate: $50k - $100k
