Job Description:
Livelink Admin/Developer to work as a COTS Specialist supporting the implementation of the Open Text Livelink Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software. Perform end-to-end development tasks including requirements gathering and analysis, documentation, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and customer interface.
-Design and develop content management solutions using Livelink capabilities and tools, including active participation in design reviews, resolution of technical issues and architectural/design processes.
-Maintain existing implementations of Livelink.
-Participate in program and line management interactions, career development/training, etc.
Eligibility requirements include US citizenship or Green card.

Required:
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field or equivalent years of IT experience.
-Eligibility requirements include US citizenship or Green card.
-At least three years of delivery experience in implementing Livelink systems on an enterprise scale.
-Experience creating LiveLink Workflows, Forms and Reports
-Experience with all aspects of Livelink 9.5 through 9.7.1 and understanding of the differences between versions.
-Ability to deliver timely solutions to a defined schedule.
-Must be comfortable working in both a team environment or independently with little or no supervision.
-Strong oral and written communication skills, to be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
Desired:
-Understanding capabilities of Livelink and trade-offs in various methods of implementing solutions.
-Understanding users, groups, permission granting schemes, project/folder structures, and pros/cons of various strategies.
-Experience with Community and Information Security (CIS) modeling.
-Experience with SQL, Livelink schemas, LiveReports and WebReports.
-Experience with forms and advanced workflows within Livelink.
-Experience with Records Management. Experience customizing Livelink to suit specialized customer requirements.
-Experience using Livelink Builder and Low-level Application Programming Interface (LAPI) to develop complex custom modules.
-Knowledge of administering Livelink ECM.
