Regional Business Development Leaders

Responsibilities:
* Grow revenue of contract-contract to hire and direct staffing
company by strategically positioning our services at all decision-
making levels within targeted accounts.
* Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in
Information Technology, Engineering,Finance and Human Resources
across targeted industries.
* Secure new accounts and expand upon an existing book of business.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand
staffing needs and recommend temporary & permanent staffing
solutions.
* Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business through
phone contact, email, and meetings.
* Work with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing
service to clients.

Experience Level:
2 Years

Requirements:
Our need is based on corporate growth, so we must find individuals that are seeking an entrepreneurial environment. At least 2 years experience within the service industry, staffing experience is a plus, but not a must. Must be willing to work a full territory, so some travel within that territory is needed (minimal overnight stays). Someone who is willing to see opportunities that are not on the surface, so the ability to dig/research and find the hidden jewels are a huge plus.
