Job Description: Regional Business Development Leaders Locations: Southern Florida (Office in Weston, FL)
Responsibilities: * Responsible for management of branch personnel and works closely with Executive Vice President to drive individual MBO's and holds staff accountable for performance * Attracts and hires top talent to increase effectiveness of branch location * Ensure compliance in the branch with corporate policies and procedures * Participates in the development of branch business plans, including sales, recruiting and profitability targets * Responsible for management of the profit and loss of the branch * Sell recruiting strategies and solutions to client organizations * Research and identify new client opportunities for Resource Technologies Corporation to provide strategic services including; contingent, direct and managed services * Identify and drive business opportunities to closure while assisting clients in defining and obtaining their business objectives as it relates to their recruitment needs * Strategic development of sales solutions and processes, working cross-functionally with other members of the team to maximize revenues and provide the highest qualitiy services to our clients * Secure new accounts and expand upon an existing book of business * Comfortable and willing to make outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying clients placement needs * Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business through phone contact, email, and meetings.

A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a service industry is required; staffing industry experience is preferred. A high energy level, honesty, and commitment to success is a must!
