Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Other duties may be assigned. *Schedule customer deliveries based on forecast, material availability. *Communicates with Purchasing, Engineering, Planning and other personnel to exchange information regarding inventories, schedules and related issues. *Complies and maintain manual or computerized records. *Consistently and accurately level load the master production schedule. *Review forecast and recommend/edit changes. *Complies with health and safety policies and procedures. *Supports company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *General filing. *Create manufacturing orders per lead time schedule. *Update the data entry Item master/item balance router forms.
*Proficient with Microsoft software programs. *Work experience with Baan, AS400, preferred. *Highly motivated, good organizational skills and goal oriented. *Ability to work effectively with others. *Good problem solving skills. *Good verbal and written communication skills. *Ability to work effectively with multiple assignments. *Ability to work with minimal supervision.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: CPIM, preferred. EDUCATION/TRAINING/WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE: *High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3 years scheduling and planning experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
