Job Description:
Responsibility: Developing systems for measurements / standards / processes. Supervise 3 - 5 Lab Techs. Institute quality control plans for mixing and extrusion of rigid / flexible PVC. Manage and supervise QC Department and other initiatives.

BS Degree (preferred)
Familiar with plastics materials (PVC ideal, not mandatory)
Knowledge of plastics industry and plastics processing and equipment preferred
Able to communicate, mentor, and lead. Work in a team environment.
Well versed in the area of Color
Show committment to Safety, Quality, and Customer Service
Understanding the impact of profitability of the business
Knowledgeable to establish production effiency measurement systems
Able to manage a quality operation which runs 24/7 five to seven days a week (this position is a day shift job, but will have reports who may be working other shifts).
Ability to take on additional responsibility whenever required.
