Job Description: Instructional Design/Development Specialist-Jr Jr to mid-level Contract/temporary position. $25-26/hr max pay. Onsite only. Must have experience using Lectora. Desire experience using Flash. Dept is developing LMS programs, so needs someone to help develop content for various training focuses. Mostly train-the-trainer type of content, will write/design training content and re-writes, for several levels of projects. Will train staff on use of Lectora. Content type: LMS and regulatory affairs. Prefer 2+ years of Lectora. design instruction, training, & e-learning. This is a Jr to mid-level pos. handling projects. Pay limited due to budget. Bachelors degree, minimum in Education, Training, Lectora program. Flash desired but not necessary Writing training programs, Workforce Development or related. 2+ years of training/instructional design-development, prefer electronic learning (CBT, WBT) skills, storyboarding, aids, guides, interactive curriculum, and class-related train-the-trainer skills. Ability to take information and turn into training. Work with staff on design processes. Experience as a trainer is a plus. Highly prefer experience in corporate instructional design over academic.
