Reference Number: USA_2802 Job Description: A cable installation contract position opportunity available. The qualified candidates will generally have an electrical or construction related background and/or experience. Technicians will be involved in an overhead structured cabling project that is scheduled to last for 6 weeks. Work will consist of pulling Cat 5 cable , ladder work, using a sissorsor lift, and removal of pre-existing cable, etc.I Installers are needed in the Vienna, Elkins, Summersville, Fayetteville, Beckley and MaCarthur, WV areas. Interested parties will have reliable transportation to and from the work site; mileage compensation is not provided for a basic commute to the job site. Ability to obtain basic hand tools and steel-toed boots is also a must. Documentation with installation instructions will be provided. It will be very detailed with step-by-step procedures. Required Skills for Cable Technician CABLE INSTALLATION ELECTRICAL TERMINATION CAT5 Basic cable install tools (not provided) Digital camera Laptops will be provided Web-based training will be provided Each crew must check in and out daily Experience Level: 3 Years Requirements:
