Reference Number: USA_2834 Job Description: CLAIMS ADJUSTER II Under general supervision, investigates and settles multiple lines of insurance claims of a moderate to severe nature. Examines claim forms and other records to determine insurance coverage. Utilizes various methods of investigation and negotiates settlement with claimants in accordance with prescribed authority. May provide direction to lower level claims adjusters. Typically requires a college degree and two to four years experience in claims adjusting. LICENSE REQUIRED. Collision only, no bodily injury.
