The ideal Business/Systems Analyst candidate will possess experience in the following areas: *Gathers and documents requirements from a moderately diverse user community. *Interfacing/ translating requirements into system use cases for complex systems/processes. *Interacts with application developers and analysts to communicate user needs and requirements. *May develop UI prototypes, test cases, execute test scripts and write user documentation. *Operates successfully within a larger team or independently for smaller projects. * May maintain knowledge within specific domains (applications, business processes and/or industries). Typically has: * 4 - 6 years of experience * Strong Communication skills * Ability to see the "big" picture You can see it. More challenging work. A more interesting work environment.
