Job Description: Responsibilities: The selected candidate will work at the Dublin, Ohio production facility. Their principle duties will include: 1.) Ability to work under direct guidance of management to perform job task.
2.) Apply documented processes to perform inspections of specific manufactured parts adn product during design, test and production phases.
3.) Independently perform inspections visually and by using a variety of hand tools, micrometers, calipers, etc. to assure adherence to established quality standards.
4.) Ensure that inspected products meet specifications and quality control requirements.
5.) Report product problems (individual or trends) to more senior quality staff.
6.) Implement and may recommend corrective measures.
7.) Maintain inspection records for review.
Experience: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer an Associates's degree in engineering field or equivalent. 0-3 years experience with inspection of complex fabricated parts, electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to use electronic test equipment Good computer skills including MS Windows and Office Knowledge and understanding of measurement methodologies and techniques Ability to use measurement hand tools and set-up equipment ot perform inspection Attention to detail U.S. Citizenship is manditory Prior experience in an ISO-9000 environment and working in a military or defense contractor environment is preferred. Prefer prior experience in ISO-13485, cGMP and AS9100 Certification and/or operational experience to J-STD-001 and IPC-610 Class 2 or 3 is required Qualification Rating BTFGCompany Default Category Ability to use electronic test equipment. * Yes Attention to detail. * Yes Certification and/or operational experience to J-STD-001 and IPC-610 Class 2 and 3 * 0 (No Familiarity) of 5 (Expert) and 0+ Yrs.
