In this Supervisor of Inverter Test Engineering position, you'll have the opportunity to:
Manage projects, conduct troubleshooting analysis and formulate fault management strategies
Support power electronics inverter testing and monitoring test environment
Be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance and optimal operating condition of the test equipment and system
Establish, organize and supervise the Inverter Test Engineering team and department in a high volume manufacturing environment
Are you interested? The ideal Inverter Test Engineering Supervisor candidate will possess:
Previous experience testing Electrical Inverters is required
Master's degree, bachelor's degree or other educational equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related area
At least 7 years of professional experience in Power Electronics, Electronics Manufacturing or other related area, ideally with a solid understanding of electronic control cabinets and computer programming
Proven experience in project management in manufacturing environment
Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally as required
