Reference Number: USA_3736 Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing technical support necessary to meet divisional quality goals. Appraise product and process performance per specifications and communicate results and recommendations to the appropriate supervision. Collect and prepare data to help identify causes of problems and participate in the formulation and implementation of remedies to solve those problems.1. Measure quality and dimensionality of in process product to determine attribute and dimension capability at various stages in the manufacturing process.2. Appraise finished (packed) product quality per product, fitting, and packaging specifications.3. Perform incoming parts and materials audits and report on conformance to print and performance specifications.4. Appraise manufacturing processes and methods and evaluate process capabilities.5. Maintain Calibration tracking system. Coordinate and/or calibrate manufacturing gauges and tooling.6. Participate as an active member on quality improvement projects. Lend technical support to the projects goal.7. Assist in analyzing returned field claim product. Help to identify reasons for claim and follow-up with manufacturing and consumer affairs.8. Work on special projects or any other duties assigned by the general supervisor quality.JOB SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong aptitude in math. Knowledge of general statistics and computers (excel and word). Attention to detail. EDUCATION REQUIRED: Recent technical school graduate. ASQ certification as a quality technician is a plus. Experience Level: Entry Level Requirements:

Location: Kohler WI Duration: 3 - 6 months Pay Rate: USD14 - USD16 p/day
