Job Description:
Identify, lead, develop, and execute solutions for quality, performance, and overuse improvements on processing systems.

ACCOUNTABILITES:
1. Demonstrate technical and business expertise on systems / products / technologies / they are responsible for improving.
2. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills through the use of continuous improvement tools. Show thorough understanding of the interaction between machine, methods, environment, and people to provide robust operating systems.
3. Develop / maintain material balances and unit operation capability information to ensure optimal production rates, parameters, and formulas.
4. Provide key technical support on capital projects and R&D testing and start-ups.
5. Conduct capacity studies, enhance system reliability, and identify/implement productivity improvements, including new technologies. Develop / maintain strategic technical improvement plans for systems.
6. Serve as a technical liaison for all levels including production /maintenance, plant technical and management resources, corporate engineering and R&D organization, and other plants.
7. Develop / deliver technical training for various levels of the organization and serve as a divisional resource in cross-functional platform/technology/product teams.
Additional Duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree, Bachelors degree in Engineering , Engineering - Chemical , Engineering - Industrial, or Engineering - Mechanical preferred

Experience Level:
5+ Years
