Perform comprehensive review of multiple Abbott divisions policies and procedures related to Federal Health Care Program requirements, Medicaid Drug Rebate program requirements, Government and Commercial contracting requirements, PhRMA and AdvaMed Code, and PDMA, to assess compliance with Corporate Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) Policies that govern these areas. Candidate will be expected to compare divisional procedures against the Corporate OEC policy requirements. Preferably, applicant should be familiar with pharmaceutical industry compliance risks, be able to identify, interpret and document potential procedure gaps as the objective is to perform an assessment of divisional procedures against Corp. Policy requirements. Applicant should have minimum of 3 years of legal background/experience in order to understand the complexity of the policies and procedures, and be able to analyze divisional procedures for discrepancies. Applicant should have excellent written and oral communication skills, to accurately document potential gaps, and to interact with multiple levels within the divisions to manage the process. Applicant should be self-starter, requirement minimum supervision, and be proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel.
