Duration: 6 months, Contract To Hire
Pay rate : up to $ 132.80/hr on W2 (all Inclusive)

Execute the SAP Change Management strategic and operational Change Management tasks associated with the STS SAP migration effort; in particular work with the team to develop Change Management deliverables to meet customer expectations with regards to the acceptance of these deliverables
*Support the change process by ensuring acceptance and motivation amongst all employees affected by the SAP implementation
*Provide creative ideas to fulfill the tasks assigned to and/or planned by the Change Management team
*Co-operate closely with the SAP implementation team in order to align Change Management activities with overall project plans, in particular with the value realization activities
*Act as a contact person for STS employees preparing for the change of an SAP implementation, helping to ensure they are prepared, their questions are answered, and that go-live is as seemless as possible for them
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
*At least five years experience in well known industrial or management consultancy in the area of Change Management and organizational development
*Successful completion of Change Management projects, preferably in the context of an SAP implementation
*Confident, engages teammates and customers and has a high level of empathy
*Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
*Very interested in the business improvement enabled by information technology. SAP experience is highly desirable, but not a must
*Demonstrates a senior level of maturity with the ability to operate at all organizational levels of our customers
