General business experience and ability to quickly map business processes to technology solutions The Developer will work as part of the Field Services Development team to develop software solutions for the application portfolio in the C# .NET Language. The specific projects slated for this requisition involve a suite of Smartphone-based productivity applications for US Field Sales Organization. KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION: Bachelor Degee in computer science, business or related field required. JOB EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years in Information Technology. Proven technical skills using any of the following development technologies ? C# .NET, Oracle. Experience with complex query development using SQL. Participation in full project lifecycle implementations. Objective C/iPhone Experience A MUST HAVE!!! Willingness to perform production support duties related to application development" to the requirements for the position. SKILLS / COMPETENCIES: Must possess strong programming and analytical skills. Proficiency in structured query language. Database development experience with open database connectivity (ODBC, SQL). Experience with C# .NET. Working knowledge of application development tools. Able to work in an Agile-based Development methodology and adapt and respond quickly to changing situations. Strong decision making abilities and problem resolution skills. Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with proven ability to effectively communicate to all management levels.
