Job Description:
We're leading a search for a talented go-getter Bookkeeper/Office Manager HR Generalist

If you're a strong hands-on Quickbooks Bookkeeper/Office Manager with HR Generalist Skills, this might be the right place to be appreciated. We're looking for a professional senior office administrator/right hand to the owner/president and VP of a growing OC company.

Experience Level:
5+ Years

Requirements:
*Must be experienced 5+ to 10+ years experience in a similar role senior bookkeeper/HR manager
*Experience with general accounting
*Must be Organized
*Solid communication skills (written and verbal in English)
*Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
*Customer service attitude
*Ability to multi-task
*Must have STRONG Quickbooks experience (Quickbooks Enterprise a plus)
*Formal education/training and certifications strongly preferred
*Computer literate Word, Excel, Outlook
*Must be able to pass a criminal background screening
*Must provide references
*Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
*Local candidates only. No relocation.
