Job Description:
Lead Project Analyst/Engineer

Reviews, analyzes, designs, compiles, and evaluates complex data on standardization and protocols of methodology and equipment. May lead a project team. Makes recommendations to management and coordinates implementation of new equipment/methodologies. Ensures timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines of project. Instructs, directs and checks the work of other Project Analysts. Assists less experienced analysts in problem resolution. "Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.

Physical Demands: Speech clarity, utilization of fingers and hands, standing-remaining on one?s feet in an upright position, sitting-remaining in the normal seated position, handling-seizing, holding, grasping.

Requirements:
Vision Requirements: Able to pass standardized (color) vision test, as required by test performed.
License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science w/7+ years of experience.
Strong administration experience with Windows as, AIX OS, Business Objects Enterprise (XI R2), and Hyperion Essbase. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related educational experience and 5-7+ years experience as a senior level programmer/analyst. Additionally, the successful candidate should have 2+ years experience leading and directing IS projects from a technical viewpoint. The successful candidate must also possess strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills as well as problem solving skills relevant to supporting high visibility corporate computer systems. Ability to interface well with vendors over the telephone and through e-mail in solving technical issues with vendor supplied software.

Preferred Experience: Experience administering WebSphere Information Server; and development experience with same relative to loading the data warehouse. Experience administering the SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence platform on AIX. Advanced working knowledge of SQL and practical experience supporting application development activities. Administration experience with various Web application server offerings: WebSphere, Microsoft, Apache/Tomcat. Development experience with Java, .Net, Base

SAS, and Crystal Reports.


Education Level: Bachelor Degree

Looking for someone that has had experience installing, maintaining, and supporting one or more of the following BI Tools:
- SAS EBI
- Business Objects XI (emphasis on the Crystal Reporting side of the environment)
- Hyperion (Oracle) Essbase In order to support the above, we would expect the candidate to be very comfortable working with Windows OS and AIX. Additionally, development/support experience with Java would be beneficial in order to support the above environments.

The ideal candidate would also be well versed in SQL, such that once they have learned the Analytics environment here they could assist in the tuning of user submitted
