Reference Number: RS-PESA Job Description: Participate in basic and advanced Investran training on all aspects of the system?s functionality and control protocols Learn the requirements of our private equity funds with respect to the capabilities of the system Learn and execute all centralized administration functions, such as user authorization, fund set-up, investor set-up, system level vs. fund level variables etc. Learn how to employ the various input, processing and reporting modules for all aspects of the private equity accounting and shareholder reporting processes. Work closely with Accounting and Investor Services staff to ensure a smooth continuum of information, and that Investran reporting is understood and consistent with the intended application. Work with Accounting, Technology and Investor Services staff to develop new reports, to implement new waterfall calculations and to address portfolio accounting requirements as new funds are launched Work with Technology management to communicate and prioritize system change or enhancement requirements Implement Controls and communication protocols around system downtime for batch processes, maintenance etc. Work with Technology to test new releases, and with users to understand new capabilities Work with users to achieve best practice system usage Maintain system user documentation and communicate Experience Level: Unspecified Requirements: INVESTRAN, EQUITY FUNDS
