Job Description:
Notes from the Hiring Manager:

* Position will be 1st Shift Opening (most likely 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM)
* Works well with others in a confined area, safety oriented and sometimes available to work weekends

Job Description:

> Must be able to receive, store, disburse & account for all material controlled by manufacturing storerooms.
> Disburses material or parts to internal customers requesting storeroom transactions.
> Verifies parts or material and amounts against information on the purchase or manufacturing orders, checks for required inspection stamps, and checks for correct finish on parts.
> Responsible for assuring parts/material is properly identified and packaged. Locates parts/material in proper bin in accordance with manufacturing procedures.
> Maintains records of materials received, disbursed, and on hand.
> Responsible for assuring inventory accuracy and record integrity through cycle counting and auditing of all physical inventories and monitoring all inventory transactions and records.
> Resolves storeroom discrepancies; practices good safety habits and maintains good housekeeping.
> May move material by hand, truck or conveyor within assigned storage area
> May be required to transport material between buildings.
> Performs other clerical or material handling duties as required; other duties as assigned.


Experience Level:
5+ Years


Requirements:
> Must have 3+ years of Material Control Experience & be a US Citizen with a High School Diploma or GED
> All requirements subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
> Knowledge of Oracle ERP system and operation.
> Knowledge of manufacturing policies and procedures.
> Knowledge of production and inventory control systems.
> Written/oral communication skills supporting cooperation w/ manufacturing personnel & support organizations
> Basic personal computer skills. (e.g., word processing and spreadsheets)
> Ability to work with minimal supervision.
> Ability to understand and interpret prints, bills of material and parts lists.
> Ability to work with measuring instruments.
> Ability to work from verbal instructions.
> Ability to operate material handling equipment.
> Ability to work well with others.
> This position is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.
> This position is subject to noise.
