Job Description:
We are looking to hire an Entry-Level Recruiter who is motivated to make money and eager to advance their career. The right candidate may also be given the opportunity to transition in to sales / account management.

Our office is located on Route 44 (exit 6 off 495) on the Lakeville / Middleboro line and our hours are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday. Experience Level:
Entry Level

Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including but not limited to, engineers, designers, analysts, assembler technicians and all other modalities across all industries.

Primary responsibilities:
> Source, interview/phone screen and select applicants for technical positions.
> Meet with sales/account managers to determine job descriptions and open requisitions.
> Match applicants to job openings / requisitions.
> Source for future job openings, possible clients and job market information or tips.
> List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
> View applications.
> Call applicants and perform phone screens.
> Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.
> Participate in final selection of applicant.
> Create portfolio of possible candidates.
> Check references.
> Inform candidate of company's decision.
> Inform applicants not chosen of company's decision.
> Keep track of potential candidates

Education / Experience:
> 1-3+ years experience working in an office setting
