Job Description:
We currently seek a high caliber Mechanical Drafter or Mechanical Engineer to work on a contract basis for 12 + months. Based in Rockdale TX, you will be working for one of the world?s leading engineering, procurement & construction companies to the Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals, Minerals and Mining sector.
Job Description:
Prepare detailed drawings (using Autocad 2006 or 2007) of equipment, pipe and conduit runs, machinery, or components that can be utilized by a Machine Shop for manufacturing the item or utilized by a supplier to provide quotes, or by a contractor to install the equipment.

Requirements:
. Working knowlede of Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Minimum of 4 years Autocad and/or college experience.
Recent College Graduate with a Mechanical Engineering Degree or experience working in a technical position in an industrial enviroment, such as an Aluminum Smelter is a definite plus.
Willing to live within 60 miles of work location, Rockdale TX, and commute daily.
