Job Description:
Lauren Staffing is currently looking for first-rate customer service talent for our favorite fast-growing inbound call center in the Hartford area. Seek to join a fun-filled, hardworking environment of learning and camaraderie, with opportunity for perm hire! There are 1st shift and 2nd shift schedules available, but you must be able to attend three weeks of paid training during 1st shift from 8 am - 4 pm.

We have the following shifts available:

7:00-3:30pm Tue-Sat

9:00-5:30pm Sun-Thurs

10:00-6:30pm Mon-Fri (w/a rotational Saturday)

10:00-6:30pm Sun-Thurs

11:00-7:30pm Mon-Fri (w/a rotational Saturday)

11:00-7:30pm Sun -Thurs

1:00-9:30pm Sun-Thurs

1:00-9:30pm Tue-Sat

3:00-11:00pm Tue-Sat

Pay is $11/h-$13/h DOE.

Call center experience is desired but restaurant and retail background will be strongly considered. For consideration, you must possess an excellent work ethic with a desire to succeed, as well as excellent typing and computer skills.
