The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Production Manager with an Automotive Tier 1 or 2 supplier. Responsible for managing a staff of 9 supervisors and 200 hourly associates. Responsible for maintaining budget control, part quality standards, on time delivery. Looking for an individual with excellent motivational skills. This is a first shift position, non union facility. A 4 year degree is required. Experience Level: 5+ Years Requirements: A 4 year degree is required. Current Automotive Management experience is required. Prefer rubber or plastics experience. Stable work history, they will not consider job hoppers

Location: Johnson City TN Duration: Direct Placement Pay Rate: $85,000.00
