Reference Number: BLSUN Job Description: PV Products Engineer location Toledo, OH, this company engages in the development, manufacture, and marketing of PV Products Engineered modules that convert sunlight into electricity. The company develops thin-film silicon based photovoltaic products and manufacturing equipment for high-throughput production of flexible and lightweight photovoltaic modules at low cost. The PV Products Engineer will develop thin film PV module products to meet markets and customers? demand and requirements and 1) Identify the needs and desires of the PV markets by dealing with customer, 2) Design PV products to meet customers? requirements, 3) Leverage the light weight and flexible nature of thin film solar module to develop PV products to meet the markets demands, 4) Form a liaison between the markets and the internal design center to maximize the product value and establish a data base for all related markets and customers? specs and potential needs. Qualifications: Min. 5 yrs professional hands-on exp. in PV module level products design & development and min. 3 yrs strong hands-on exp. in solar cell and module process, Familiar with market demands and customers? specs in thin film PV industry. BS degree in Engineering or equivalent, marketing experience a plus. Experience Level: 5+ Years Requirements:
