Job Description: Customer Focus/Partnership The senior analyst will focus on enhancement of business processes, products, and services, through application of best practices. He/she will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. He/she will work with project teams across multiple business units. Senior Analyst will participate in coordinating projects and schedules, managing risk, driving, results, resolving conflicts, and recognizing priorities and dependencies. He/she will serve as a liason between business sponsors and application development staff and will be expected to produce specs for the creation or enhancement of software products. Will coordinate and be involved in full testing lifecyle.
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: 10 years Securities Industry work experience, plus a Bachelors degree or completion of courses towards a Masters degree in a business related discipline Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of professionalism in representing the corporation to its customers and the Securities Industry at large Experienced at interpreting complex user requirements. Functional knowledge of applications in support of user acceptance testing. Knowledge of testing lifecyle (coordination, scripting and execution of test cases, tracking testing results, etc). Working knowledge of computer programming and communications principles Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite desktop software
