Reference Number: MTA-TR Job Description: Technical Recruiter Merritt Technical Associates; Inc is seeking a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will have the following responsibilities: ? Assist in assessing the needs of client companies ? Locate, recruit, & hire information technology personnel. ? Maintain contact with applicants and with our technology personnel on assignment ? Build a database of applicants ? Interface regularly with management. The Technical Recruiter will have the following qualifications: ? Bachelor?s Degree ? Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) ? Strong desire to earn a good income ? High energy Candidates with IT or other Sales experience will be preferred. Prior HR or CRM experience would also be an asset.
